If you book a recurring service, you can always cancel or reschedule a booking 24 hours in advance with no additional costs. We do understand that plan could change the last minute. If your request change of timing within 24 hours, and it's accepted by the assigned helper, there is no additional cost neither.
Your credit card will only be charged upon the completion of the job. However, our system will try to authorise the booking amount prior to the booking date to ensure that there is sufficient fund for the booking. Don't worry! This is not an actual transaction.
All of our registered helpers are PR or Singaporean citizen. Our recruitment team conducts in-person interview and work assessment to make sure they are qualified for the jobs. Our helpers could speak different languages, please select your required language and we will assign you the most suitable helper.
Though it's rarely happened. If you are not satisifed with the service that we have promised to deliver. You can request for a refund or change of helper. We will try our best to make it right for you.
All of our registered helpers are insured and covered by a local insurance agent in Singapore to cover any accident or injury incurred at work. For all the booking via the HelperGo platform, they are covered.
